My Four Pillars of Health
I combine science in my programs with the four pillars of health to achieve optimal balance.
Together, we will evaluate your starting point in each of these pillars and create a custom protocol specifically tailored to you and what’s realistic to integrate into your everyday life.
At your evaluation each of these pillars will be re-evaluated and this is where you can prepare to be amazed! My clients are shocked but also so proud at what they have accomplished in this short period of time. What’s great is it’s small habits that are more of a seamless effort that equate to big results.
Pillar 1
NUTRITION
This is the pillar that my clients initially come to me for. The one that they’re struggling with and requires the most attention. This is where we will create your custom nutrition plan by completing an in-depth medical assessment and required blood values to determine what food choices are best going to support any imbalances or deficiencies you may have. I will personally coach you page by page, step by step through your plan so you feel supported every step of the way. You will be provided with your personal plan, recipes, a getting-started guide, and more. There will be regular accountability check-ins and meetings to keep you on track.
Pillar 2
MOVEMENT
Where you start is where we will gradually progress from. There is no need to jump into aggressive training to see results. In fact we will focus on your nutrition plan solely for the first few weeks and then discuss what to gradually bring in for activity. Mobility is something that cannot be taken for granted and once you start to use it more and see what your body is capable of you will feel so so good!
Pillar 3
SLEEP
Sleep is vital to our overall health. Adequate rest supports so many metabolic functions and is when our body detoxifies at the highest capacity. We will evaluate any sleep issues you may be experiencing including falling asleep, staying asleep, quality of sleep, length of sleep, and more. I have tried and true methods and gentle supplementation to support if needed.
Pillar 4
STRESS
When the stress pillar is weighing heavily we will actually focus even more so on the other three pillars. When we dramatically improve how you’re fueling your body, hydration, movement and oxygen flowing through your bloodstream and sleep you will notice significant improvements with stress.
Your mental clarity, energy, focus and attention to these matters significantly improves allowing you to combat these situations with ease feeling much less stress. We will discuss the importance of self-care and not pouring from an empty cup. You need to be your best self in order to be the best at all that you tackle each and every day.

Live Blood Analysis is the use of a high-resolution dark field microscope to observe your red blood cells, immune system (white blood cells) and the plasma (river that carries the blood through our body).
This is a scientifically based customized nutrition program that follows a holistic approach to weight loss, hormonal balance, and overall sustainable healthy living. The meal plan is customized to each unique persons blood values and health history.
A whole body approach one lab test at a time to build the picture of what is going on with the body. This is a program designed to work with the entire body one phase at a time in order for the body to be balanced.

Meet Lisa
Lisa Schick is an Integrative Health Practitioner that began her health and wellness career as a Live Blood Analyst, looking at the health of people’s blood under a microscope in real time. Lisa was seeing such a huge imbalance in people’s blood and health, that it led her to study and learn how to run and analyze function lab testing. Looking at different lab tests allows Lisa to see the full picture of what is going on with someone’s health. Lisa offers health coaching and works one on one with clients taking them through her program and creating customized protocols giving the body the tools to return to a state of balance.
Lisa is a busy mom of a 10 year old and two step children that are in University, so she understands busy mom life running a business but making sure to incorporate time for self nurturing.
Lisa offers clients to work in person and online. She is currently based in four locations including Mississauga, Burlington, Barrie and the Cornwall area.
Lisa was really thorough looking at my blood and explained what she was finding. It was such an eye opener and reality check to get on top of my health. So grateful for Lisa and everyone should be looking at their blood.
